Our Kinders, Grade 1 and Grade 2 pupils, with their mentors, spent a day in Pumpkinland! And it was a lot of fun and adventure!

OUR KINDERGARTEN TO RATE 2 STUDENTS ENJOYED IN PUMPKINLAND!

Our Kinders, Grade 1 and Grade 2 students, with their instructors, spent a day in Pumpkinland! And it was a bunch of fun and adventure!

On Wednesday, October 9th, at 9:30 in the morning, the students got on the school bus and visited Whittamore Farm. They took a trip of the ranch during which they learned regarding the means a ranch is run and regarding the different works people carry it. The youngsters learned about how living things grow, the different pets discovered on a farm, and the by-products that some of them generate.

While on the farm, the children had their meal, had a good time having fun with each other, discovered the ranch, and appreciated their day. Before getting on the bus to go back to private school, each student picked a fruit to bring home. They were so fired up to display those fruits when they got back!

KINDERGARTEN TO RATE 3 JOURNEY TO THE LEGOLAND

Our primary grades pupils will be visiting the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre on Wednesday, December 4th to take part in a curriculum-linked academic program called Tall Towers. Youngsters will certainly leap right in and be a part of the 4D movie theater, learn top LEGO structure tricks from Design Builders, see well-known Landmarks in MINILAND, and a lot more!

GRADES 4 TO 8 TRIP TO THE HARBOURFRONT CENTRE

Our pupils in grades 4 to 8 will certainly be visiting Harbourfront Centre on Thursday, November 28th to take part in a directed trip called Advertising/Print Media. Students will be using the computer system laboratory to learn about the world of advertising. They will be presented to the "approaches of manipulation" utilized in marketing and will discover the impact marketing has on our environment and society. Pupils also will have an opportunity to create their very own print ad. Our children will then take part in one more guided tour called Lino Print. Students will certainly discover the strategy of alleviation printmaking making use of a soft linoleum block and develop their own one-of-a-kind series of prints. They will uncover history of printmaking with the assessment of works by prominent artists.

Monday, October 14th is day of Thanksgiving, and consequently a long weekend. Parents/Guardians are reminded that our Private School will be closed on that day.
